Moment of Contact is an exploration of an extraterrestrial encounter and series of events in 1996 when citizens of Varginha, Brazil, reported seeing one or more strange creatures and a UFO crash. A number of locals, including a group of three girls had a close encounter with a being described as about 4 feet tall, with brown oily skin, a large head and huge red eyes. The documentary by James Fox is profoundly captivating as it delves into one of the most intriguing and controversial UFO incidents in history; Fox describes the doc as his magnum opus and the result of over a dozen trips to Brazil and multiple decades of investigation. The film meticulously examines the sequence of events where several citizens reported sightings of strange creatures and a UFO crash, bringing together eyewitness accounts, expert analyses, and compelling evidence to build a comprehensive narrative. This essay summarizes and analyzes Moment of Contact, highlighting the most convincing reasons why aliens may have landed in the small city of Brazil a few hours South of San Paulo in January of 1996.
Varginha Brazil 1996 UFO Case Cont’d
The North American Air Defense Command (NORAD) contacted Brazilian Air Defense to report an unidentified object entering the Earth’s atmosphere about 200 miles northeast of São Paulo. Minutes later, the object crashed near the town of Varginha. The Brazilian Army and Air Force quickly scrambled to get to the crash site before civilians but they were too late. The craft was seen, and the beings driving the craft were gone.
Over the next few days, a series of events would unfold that would change the lives of the people in Varginha forever.

Insights from James Fox on ‘The Phenomenon’
James Fox’s documentary “The Phenomenon” is a compelling and well-researched examination of the UFO phenomenon, presenting a wealth of evidence and testimonies from high-ranking government officials, and NASA Astronauts. The film presents a clear and concise overview of the history of UFO sightings and encounters since WW2, focusing on several high-profile cases that have captured the public’s imagination and sparked debate for decades.
Clips Explained
1 - The Phenomenon Official Trailer
2 - Common sightings at nuclear facilities & The Rendlesham Forest Incident of 1980
“Every nuclear installation in the United States has cases”
Key names in the Rendlesham incident: Jim Penniston, John Boroughs, deputy base commander Charles Halt, Nick Pope
“The claim is that there were beams of light shot down into the weapons storage. A triangular shaped object, warm to the touch that lifted off the forest floor, maneuvered up through the trees and shot up at an insane rate of speed. These are the people that are responsible for the security of our nuclear weapons saying this. Nick pope says there were radiation readings at the landing sight”.
3 - Senator Gillibrand’s commentary on the evidence behind the curtain
“I got introduced to some intelligence folks on the inside and they wanted me to read this to your audience: I can assure you there’s a lot more evidence behind the curtain that hasn’t been released. Our military has been seeing remarkable things in the sky, oceans and land for years. As someone that’s seen the classified holdings, I’m very disappointed in the fact that Dr Kirkpatrick showed some of the most mundane videos to the public. I understand there are security factors to be considered so I’m hoping senator Gillibrand saw something much more interesting in her closed door hearing with Kirkpatrick”
4 - Moment of Contact is the case that can settle this debate once and for all
“It’s either the most elaborate, complex host that involves half the town of Varginha OR the UFO crashed, live aliens were recovered, and the US Air Force came in, swooped it up and silenced the case”
5 - Marco Chereze’s death and consistent witness testimonies
6 – Moment of Contact took 12 years to make + the emotional testimony of Carlos de Souza
“That moment when he gets to that spot of the UFO crash and is overcome with emotion… I mean if he’s full of shit he’s one of the best actors ever”
7 – Moment of Contact is one of the few docs that has properly mind fucked Rogan
“This might be the biggest story to ever exist. Imagine being those people in this small city of 150k and then something happens and a fucking UFO crashes in a field and people witness it and the military shuts the town down”
8 – “It Happened” – Jose Carlos Perrera
“Marco and I met with Jose Carlos Perrera of the Brazilian Air Force twice. He told us he’d talk about the 1986 case in Sao Paulo, the Colares case of the 70s but if you ask me about Varginha this interview is terminated”
“When the camera stopped rolling I had to ask him. I told him I swear on my life there’s no recording device, please tell us what happened in Varginha. The only reason I’m telling you this is because he died; he gets in the car, looks up at Marco and I and goes “it happened”. As a personal message, that kept us going”
9 – The ridiculous coverup claims of a deformed man & a dwarf couple having a baby, the actual Moment of Contact and the appearance of Men in Black
The explanation that the military shut the entire town down because a dwarf couple was having a baby is even more absurd than the claim that they shut it down because of a deformed man called ‘Mudhino’.
“The three girls came within 10 feet of the creature in broad daylight. Katia allegedly was able to communicate telepathically with this creature who was feeble and scared”
10 – The Otherworldly Stench & Hospital Closure
“A skunk multiplied by 100,000 would give you some indication of how putrid, nasty and otherworldly this smell was. Fills your nasal cavities and doesn’t leave for weeks. That wing of the hospital was closed for days and weeks”
11 - “Just listen to the witnesses. Don’t take it from me”
“I think an alien spaceship crashed, they recovered live aliens, we made contact and the Americans came in and covered it up. I couldn’t reintegrate back into society”
12 – If There’s a Will, There’s a Way + the doctor who was told “this event never happened”
Fox speaks to the consistent tenacity involved in tracking the witnesses for over a decade; “Marco Leal tracked down one of the best witnesses four years after he retired. I found Marco Chereze’s sister by knocking on doors for years”
“The doctor said it was a normal day in January 1996 and all of a sudden these military trucks and police showed up at the hospital armed with a black body bag. They told him “this event never happened” even though the stench was overwhelming and they didn’t let him see anything”
13 – Marco Squared: Marco Chereze grabs the creature with his bare hands + the testimony of Marco Feres about the USAF swooping in and silencing the case
“According to Marco Feres two helicopters landed in Campinas, went to Varginha then back to Campinas, they loaded something onto the USAF airplane and that’s where the case goes cold. We have the radar military control officer who came forward last year on tape”
14 – The crazy UFO statute in the middle of the city and the testimony of the Mayor of Varginha
15 – Eric Lopes threatens to kill Fox’s camera crew after they track him down
“Lopes could’ve just came outside and said this is a huge misunderstanding my name got dragged into this story, there’s nothing to it… but instead he threatened to kill everyone and said I’m not talking about the ET from 1996”
16 – Humanitas Hospital, Telepathic Communication and Ubirajara Rodrigues
“There were doctors that shot video of that creature. The creature Marco Cherze brought into Humanitas Hospital was alive. I know that for a fact”
“According to Dr Roger Leir’s book, there were two doctors that claimed telepathic communication with a live entity who claimed they felt sorry for the human species becasue we don’t realize the potential of who we really are”
“If Ubirajara Rodrigues or the two doctors who handled the creature are listening to this please come forward”
Varginha UFO Case Conclusion
Of course, as with any case of this nature, there are those who remain skeptical, dismissing the Varginha incident as an elaborate hoax or the product of mass hysteria, but for those who have studied the case in depth, like James Fox and his team, the weight of the evidence points to a different conclusion: that we are not alone in the universe, and that the beings who visited Varginha in 1996 may hold the key to unlocking the greatest mystery of our time. As Fox himself puts it, “This is the biggest story we’ve all been waiting for. The story that can settle the debate once and for all.” Whether or not the Varginha case ultimately proves to be the smoking gun that UFO researchers have been seeking for decades remains to be seen. But one thing is clear: the case represents a watershed moment in the history of ufology, and its implications for our understanding of the universe and our place within it are profound and far-reaching. In the end, the Varginha incident reminds us that the truth is often stranger than fiction and that the universe is a far more mysterious and wondrous place than we can possibly imagine. As we continue to search for answers to the great questions of our time, cases like Varginha will undoubtedly play a crucial role in shaping our understanding of the cosmos and our place within it.

17 – The end of the Varginha case and the beginning of a dozen others; GOFAST Declassified UFO Footage, Bombshell statements from Senator Harry Reid and non-human intelligence origins
“Senator Harry Reid said the evidence that’s been released is just the tip of the iceberg”
18 – Fox gets emotional
“I represent these victims. My voice represents them. I give a shit about the facts”
“If it wasn’t for documentaries like yours and Jeremy Corbels’, it wouldn’t be as big as an issue as it is now”
19 – A Geologist told Fox that the Moment of Contact ground at impact site has been tampered with
“That area looks so different from everything around it. According to De Souza it was some sort of acid that was burning from the craft”
The Phenomenon + James Fox Conclusion
By shining a light on these hidden aspects of the UFO mystery, “The Phenomenon” makes a compelling case that the time for secrecy and denial is over. The film’s powerful conclusion, as articulated by the Zimbabwean school child who simply states, “Aliens visited us,” serves as a clarion call for a new era of openness and scientific inquiry into the UFO phenomenon. As more high-ranking officials come forward to share their knowledge and experiences, and as public pressure for disclosure continues to grow, it becomes increasingly clear that the debate surrounding UFOs is no longer about their existence, but rather about their nature, origin, and implications for humanity’s future.
Clips Explained
20 – The Debate isn’t Whether UFOs Are Real, the Debate is What are They?
“The phenomenon is real, the only speculation is what is it? The pre-ponderous of evidence leans in the direction of it being real. There’s a physical phenomenon taking place that are flying rings around our fastest jets that are leaving imprints on the ground and are picked up by radar sensor, photographic sensors, seen visually, claimed recoveries and so on. If it’s us well then they’ve sure been hiding some revolutionary technology for over 75 years. They’ve got things that fly without visible means of propulsion without wings or making any sound? Right angle turns at high speed?”
“5-10% of these sightings originate from a non human intelligence”
21– Recent UAP Legislation Signed into Law
“Thank you Senator Rubio, Gillibrand Abran and others. Any activity or program by a department or agency of the federal government or a contractor related to UAP, including with respect to material retrieval, material analysis, reverse engineering, research and development, detection and tracking, development or operational testing”
“Protection for individuals making authorized disclosures shall not be subject to a non disclosure agreement entered into by the individual who makes the disclosure. What prompted this language and the whistleblower protection acts?”
The Phenomenon Trailer
James Fox’s documentary “The Phenomenon” is a compelling and well-researched examination of the UFO phenomenon, presenting a wealth of evidence and testimonies from high-ranking government officials, and NASA Astronauts; Senator Harry Reid says it “makes the incredible credible”. The film’s strength lies in its ability to present a clear and concise overview of the history of UFO sightings and encounters since WW2, focusing on several high-profile cases that have captured the public’s imagination and sparked debate for decades. The Phenomenon also covers the (then) recently released Pentagon UFO videos, but its primary focus is the history of UFO sightings in the time since World War II, and it makes a case for greater scientific study of “the UFO phenomenon”. Fox’s documentary is particularly timely, as it incorporates the recent revelations from the Pentagon regarding the existence of a secret UFO program, the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), and the confirmation of the authenticity of several videos depicting encounters between U.S. Navy fighter jets and unidentified aerial phenomena. Fox speaks to the recent developments in December 2017 when New York Times released videos of encounters between US navy fighter jets and UFOs and revealed the existence of the AATIP; Additionally he comments on the drastic shift in government stance toward the public as the Dept of Defense confirmed the videos were real and they were UFOs in April 2020. These developments lend credibility to the film’s central argument that the UFO phenomenon is real and deserves serious scientific and government attention – let’s get into some of the cases mentioned.
Seeking the Origin of UFOs: Aliens, Free Energy or Both? Original T&T TedTalk
Seeking the Origin of UFOs: Aliens, Free Energy or Both?
Through Project Blue Book, Roswell & The TicTac Case, the UAP Congressional Hearings, Bob Lazar & Anti Gravity Propulsion, the Free Energy Suppression Theory, Nikola Tesla and the Connection to the Great Pyramids
This is a deep dive into the research and evidence surrounding the ultra enigmatic UFO phenomenon, examining the possibility of both extraterrestrial technology and suppressed human energy technology as the underlying explanation for these mysteries in our skies (check out my 25 page paper version of this presentation @Th1sAndTh8t on substack). After years of falling down the UFO rabbit hole and consuming hundreds of hours of podcasts and documentaries, I’ve broken down this extensive search for truth into its most essential parts. Here are the most delicious crumbs of the UFO phenomenon in which I will convince you that UFOs are 100% real and they defy our current understanding of physics and technology and ultimately let you hypothesize for yourself whether they’re indicative of alien visitors, suppressed free energy technology or both.
Part I – UFOs are 100% Real, and They Defy Our Current Understanding of Physics & Technology
In establishing the reality of UFOs, we must examine a compelling body of evidence spanning over seven decades. Beginning with the government’s systematic investigation through Project Blue Book, continuing through pivotal cases like Roswell and the 2004 TicTac incident, and culminating in recent Congressional hearings, a clear pattern emerges of craft demonstrating capabilities far beyond known human technology. Through analysis of official documentation, military encounters, credible witness testimony, and close encounter cases that have withstood rigorous scrutiny, this section will methodically demonstrate not only that UFOs are unambiguously real, but that they exhibit technological capabilities that transcend our current understanding of aerodynamics, propulsion, and physics itself.
Part II – Free Energy Suppression
The Greater Conspiracy: What If Aliens Were Just the Beginning?
This section explores an interconnected web of evidence suggesting that “free energy” technology has been repeatedly discovered and systematically suppressed throughout history. From Nikola Tesla’s mysterious connection to the Great Pyramids and his thwarted attempts to provide wireless energy to the world, to the suspicious deaths of modern inventors like Stanley Meyer and his water-powered engine, a pattern emerges of technological breakthroughs being buried. The Great Pyramids, alongside other megalithic mysteries, and new geological findings suggest what many have theorized – the existence of an advanced, lost human civilization whose technological achievements may have surpassed our own. When viewed alongside the classified UFO programs and reverse-engineering projects revealed by recent whistleblowers, a haunting possibility emerges: that humanity may have lost a century of technological advancement due to the deliberate suppression of transformative energy technologies. Whether these technologies originated from ancient civilizations, extraterrestrial sources or both, their concealment may represent the most significant coverup in human history - one that continues to prevent humanity from achieving its full potential.
From Stigmatized to Indisputable: The UFO Paradigm Shift
The transformation of UFO discourse from fringe conspiracy to mainstream scientific inquiry represents probably the most remarkable shift in public discourse of the 21st century, maybe of all time. This paradigm shift was catalyzed by a 2017 New York Times article revealing the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, followed by the release of authenticated military footage which shows the power of the media in our collective search for truth.
Of all the media I’ve come across, the most succinct quote I’ve heard that describes this shift is by world renowned theoretical physicist and UFO enthusiast Michio Kaku who said on his podcast “It used to be that one person would see something in the sky and say look there’s something up there. Now things have changed. Now we have multiple sightings by multiple modes. That is ‘The Gold Standard’ of looking for these objects. Not just one person but several reputable people, not just radar but visual sighting, infrared sensors, telescopic evidence. So the burden of proof has shifted. The burden of proof used to be on the people who believed in UFOs, but now the burden of proof has shifted to the pentagon and military for them to prove these are not extraterrestrial. And so there’s been a seed change in the last several years. 50 years ago there was a congressional hearing from Project Bluebook and there was a lot of laughter. But we now have frame by frame analysis of these objects traveling 20 times the speed of sound, they can zigzag and drop 70,000 feet in just a few seconds, they can go underwater and they also move without any visible means of propulsion”.
Michio Kaku on the Paradigm Shift
Declassified Videos
The declassification of these videos was to “clear up any misconceptions by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real,” the Pentagon said in a statement Monday. The footage, which shows unidentified objects flying at high speeds in the Earth’s atmosphere along with audio of Navy pilots expressing shock and awe, was initially leaked in 2007 and 2017. The U.S. Navy formalized a reporting process last year for pilots to report incidents of UFO sightings.
The Department of Defense released three videos taken by U.S. Navy pilots revealing mysterious flying objects that to this day remain unidentified.
The declassification of the videos late Monday, one of which was taken in 2004 and the subsequent two taken in 2015, was meant to “clear up any misconceptions by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real, or whether or not there is more to the videos,” the Pentagon said in a statement Monday.
The footage, which shows unidentified objects flying at high speeds in the Earth’s atmosphere along with audio of Navy pilots expressing shock and awe, was initially leaked in 2007 and 2017. The videos were taken during training flights and the 2017 leaks were published by the New York Times.
“The U.S. Navy previously acknowledged that these videos circulating in the public domain were indeed Navy videos,” the Pentagon’s statement read. “After a thorough review, the department has determined that the authorized release of these unclassified videos does not reveal any sensitive capabilities or systems, and does not impinge on any subsequent investigations of military air space incursions by unidentified aerial phenomena.”
“The aerial phenomena observed in the videos remain characterized as ‘unidentified’,” it said.
Jeremy Corbell on Fox – Pyramid shaped UFO caught flying off the coast of San Diego Coast in July 2019
Recent footage off the San Diego coast reveals a pyramid-shaped UFO that’s challenging everything we thought we knew about aerial technology. Jeremy Corbell’s Pentagon-confirmed video shows a craft with unprecedented “transmedium” capabilities - seamlessly moving between air and sea at high velocity, defying our current technological understanding. This isn’t about conspiracy theories anymore; it’s about scientific exploration. As the Pentagon releases more data, we’re witnessing a cultural shift where serious investigation replaces ridicule. The script has truly flipped - now it’s time to ask questions, seek understanding, and embrace the possibility that we’re not alone in comprehending the full spectrum of technological potential. 🌎🔍 #UFODisclosure #UnsolvedMysteries #ScientificFrontiers
“UFOs are real, they’re flying with impunity within our restricted airspace and they represent an advanced and sophisticated technology; it’s a technology that requires scientific study. The pentagon has confirmed the video is authentic - it’s part of a recent data dump by Corbell and George Knapp. The astonishing thing about it was its transmedium characteristic, meaning it was able to breach or penetrate the air to sea barrier without destruction. We don’t have vehicles that can do that at high velocity”
“I dont know what it is we’re seeing but what i do know is we should find out and this is the role that the DoD needs to play. The script has flipped and people are taking this seriously and eliminating the unnecessary ridicule that has stigmatized the UFO topic”
Project Bluebook
From 1947 to 1969, the Air Force investigated Unidentified Flying Objects under Project Blue Book. The project, headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, was terminated Dec. 17, 1969. Of a total of 12,618 sightings reported to Project Blue Book, 701 remained “unidentified.” The primary objectives of Project Blue Book were twofold: to determine if UFOs posed a threat to national security and to assuage public curiosity by demonstrating that the government was actively investigating these phenomena. This dual purpose reflects the complex relationship between public interest in UFOs and official government response during the Cold War era.

The 1952 DC Sighting (5-7)
Captain Edward J. Ruppelt took over the project and pushed for a more balanced and scientific approach, and a series of notable UFO incidents, including the 1952 Washington, D.C. UFO incident, renewed interest in the phenomenon.
The 1952 DC Sightings & John Stamford’s Famous Press Conference
The 1952 UFO flap was an unprecedented rash of media attention to unidentified flying object reports during the summer of 1952 that culminated with reports of sightings over Washington, D.C. In the four years prior, the US Air Force had chronicled a total of 615 UFO reports; during the 1952 flap, they received over 717 new reports. Project Blue Book director Edward J. Ruppelt later recalled: “During a six-month period in 1952... 148 of the nation’s leading newspapers carried a total of over 16,000 items about flying saucers.
One of the most astonishing claims made during Bluebook, at the end of Project Grudge, was made by John Samford (director of Air Force Intelligence) who held a famous press conference in 1952 addressing the Washington D.C. UFO sighting. His press conference, which was said to be the largest Pentagon press conference since World War II, was a crucial moment in the public perception of the Air Force’s UFO investigations. In his opening comments, he noted that, out of the hundreds of UFO reports in recent years investigated by the Air Force, there was “a certain percentage of this volume of reports that have been made by credible observers of relatively incredible things” but that none of them posed any national security threat. In response to a question as to whether the Air Force had recorded similar UFO radar contacts prior to the Washington incident, Samford said that there had been “hundreds” of such contacts where Air Force fighter interceptions had taken place, but stated that they were all “fruitless”.

Project Blue Book remains a fascinating chapter in the history of UFO research, leaving a complex legacy that continues to influence public perception and scientific inquiry. While it officially concluded that UFOs posed no threat to national security and found no evidence of extraterrestrial origin, the 701 unexplained cases continue to fuel speculation and debate. The project’s impact extends beyond its official findings, living on in popular culture and inspiring ongoing government and private efforts to understand unexplained aerial phenomena. As we grapple with new sightings and revelations in the modern era, including the recent acknowledgment of Navy UFO videos, the story of Project Blue Book serves as a reminder of the enduring mystery surrounding UFOs. It highlights the complex interplay between public fascination, scientific skepticism, and government secrecy. Ultimately, while Project Blue Book may have officially closed the book on UFO investigations, it opened a new chapter in our collective quest to understand the unknown in our skies and realize that the debate isn’t whether UFOs are real, the debate is what are they?
Praise be to Allen Hynek for bringing UFOs to the mainstream:
One of the main figures was Dr. J. Allen Hynek, an astronomer who served as the scientific consultant for Project Blue Book. Initially a skeptic, Hynek’s views on UFOs evolved over time, eventually leading him to become a prominent ufologist. He was brought into Project Sign in 1948 as a scientific consultant due to his expertise in astrophysics, serving as the scientific advisor for Project Sign, Grudge, and Blue Book. His primary role was to provide scientific analysis of UFO reports and to help explain sightings through astronomical phenomena when possible. Hynek approached the UFO phenomenon with the assumption that all sightings could be explained by natural phenomena or misidentifications, but over time his views became more nuanced as he grew frustrated with what he saw as the Air Force’s oversimplification of complex cases. Hynek developed the “Close Encounter” classification system for UFO reports (which has become widely used in UFO research) and authored several books on UFOs, including “The UFO Experience: A Scientific Inquiry” (1972). After Project Blue Book closed in 1969, Hynek became more outspoken about the need for serious scientific study of UFOs and founded the Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS) to continue research into the phenomenon in 1973. His transformation from skeptic to advocate for serious UFO research has made him a significant figure in ufology as his scientific approach to the subject helped bring more credibility to UFO studies.
Roswell, New Mexico 1947 – The UFO Case That Started It All
The Roswell incident of 1947, while not directly part of Project Blue Book, is often considered the event that thrust UFOs into the American public consciousness and was not so coincidentally also the year that Bluebook started as Sign. On July 8, 1947, the Roswell Army Air Field issued a press release stating they had recovered a “flying disc,” which was later retracted and identified as a weather balloon. The incident was largely forgotten until 1978 when retired Lt. Col. Jesse Marcel (alongside UFOlogist Stanton Friedman), the first military officer to investigate the crash, claimed the debris was of extraterrestrial origin. Modern explanations often attribute the incident to Project Mogul, a top-secret program using high-altitude balloons to detect Soviet nuclear tests.
This event occurred shortly after Kenneth Arnold’s famous sighting on June 22, 1947, near Mount Rainier, where he reported seeing nine crescent-shaped objects flying at incredible speeds, (under)estimated at 1,200 MPH and coining the term “flying saucer.” Arnold’s sighting, quickly disseminated by the Associated Press, sparked a wave of UFO reports across the nation. Together, the Arnold sighting and the Roswell incident marked the beginning of modern UFO culture in the United States, setting the stage for projects Sign, Grudge, and Blue Book.

David Grusch, a former member of the Pentagon’s UAP Task Force claimed there’s a “multi-decade UAP crash retrieval and reverse engineering program” and that “non-human biologics” have been recovered. Also said he had been denied access to some government UFO programs but that he knows the “exact locations” of UAPs in U.S. possession.
In 1989 Bob Lazar claimed that he had worked at a classified facility called S4 near Area 51, where he was tasked with reverse-engineering UFO propulsion systems that utilized an element not yet discovered - Element 115 which wasn’t added to the elemental chart until 2004. When Lazar first came forward, his claims about a highly compartmentalized reverse-engineering program at Area 51 seemed far-fetched. However, Grusch’s testimony about “multi-decade UAP crash retrieval and reverse engineering programs” has transformed Lazar’s account from seemingly outlandish to eerily prescient. The craft’s ability to manipulate gravity suggests a form of free energy and a fundamental breakthrough in physics that would render current energy systems obsolete.

Pre-Roswell: The Real Case that Started it All
24th June 1947: The first widely-reported UFO sighting was made by private pilot Kenneth Arnold
Kenneth Arnold was a business owner and experienced private pilot, who often traveled to meetings around the Pacific Northwest in his small CallAir A-2. He was a well-respected founder of the Idaho Search and Rescue Pilots Association, and had built up 9,000 flying hours by the time he departed Chehalis, Washington, on a routine 150-mile flight to Yakima on the afternoon of 24 June 1947.
Arnold had deviated from his intended flight path in the hope of locating a Marine Corps C-46 transport plane that had crashed near Mount Rainier and claiming the $5,000 reward. Having failed to spot the wreckage, he made a 300-degree turn 9,200 feet above the town of Mineral and witnessed a bright flash in the distance. Looking north, Arnold reported seeing a formation of nine roughly circular objects flying at an incredible speed. He subsequently calculated that they were moving at more than 1,700 miles per hour.
Arnold was most startled by the lack of a tail on the objects, but initially just assumed that he had witnessed an experimental military aircraft. He reported the sighting to the general manager of the airfield at Yakima when he landed, and before long the story had spread.
The fact that Arnold was both a respected businessman and experienced pilot meant that his account was taken seriously by the press. Consequently he began to be bombarded with requests for interviews. When questioned about the objects, he repeatedly likened their flying-style to how a pie plate or saucer might skip across water. In what he later complained was an ‘historic misquote’, the press coined the phrase ‘flying saucers’ to describe what he had seen.
The Roswell incident occurred shortly after Kenneth Arnold’s famous sighting on June 22, 1947, near Mount Rainier, where he reported seeing nine crescent-shaped objects flying at incredible speeds, (under)estimated at 1,200 MPH and coining the term “flying saucer.” Arnold’s sighting, quickly disseminated by the Associated Press, sparked a wave of UFO reports across the nation. Breaking the Silence: Intelligence Officials, Navy Pilots, ‘Non-Human Biologics’, and the Watershed Congressional UAP Hearings of 2023
Meet the key figures who transformed the UFO disclosure landscape:
Commander David Fravor, a decorated Navy fighter pilot, brought massive attention to UFOs the now-famous “Tic Tac” UFO in 2004 which I will debrief in the next slide
Ryan Graves, a former F-18 pilot, revealed the regularity of UAP sightings
Christopher Mellon, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence who facilitated the release of now declassified UAP footage
David Grusch, a former intelligence official turned whistleblower, delivered perhaps the most explosive testimony
David Grusch, a former member of the Pentagon’s UAP Task Force, delivered perhaps the most explosive testimony, asserting that he had knowledge of a “multi-decade UAP crash retrieval and reverse engineering program” and claiming that “non-human biologics” had been recovered. Grusch told the House Oversight Committee’s national security subcommittee that he had been denied access to some government UFO programs but that he knows the “exact locations” of UAPs in U.S. possession. These statements, made under oath before Congress, represent an unprecedented level of disclosure about classified programs involving unknown craft.
Luis Elizondo served as the director of the Pentagon’s UFO program resigned in protest over excessive secrecy
Jeremy Corbell & George Knapp – investigative filmmakers and journalists who have long been investigating the phenomenon were a part of the hearings
David Grusch, a former member of the Pentagon’s UAP Task Force claimed there’s a “multi-decade UAP crash retrieval and reverse engineering program” and that “non-human biologics” have been recovered. Also said he had been denied access to some government UFO programs but that he knows the “exact locations” of UAPs in U.S. possession.
Ryan Graves spoke to the regularity of these encounters, stating that “These sightings are routine. UAPs are grossly underreported. Military air crew, commercial pilots and trained observers whose lives depend on accurate identification are frequently witnessing this phenomena. Soon these encounters became so frequent that aircrew would discuss the risk of UAP as part of their regular pre-flight briefs”.
If you can take away one thing from this entire presentation let it be that government intelligence officers have admitted, under oath in congress, that the US government is in possession of UAPs, they have has a secret crash retrieval and back-engineering programs and they have literally recovered aliens in the words of ‘non human biologics’
The Program Trailer
This highly anticipated follow-up to director James Fox’s blockbuster UFO documentaries, The Phenomenon and Moment of Contact, The Program explores the unprecedented bipartisan Congressional effort to uncover what intelligence agencies really know about UFOs, now referred to as UAP. The first two public hearings in over half a century included testimony under oath from military and intelligence officers with jaw-dropping allegations of a clandestine program to analyze recovered materials and non-human biologics. Through candid interviews with high-ranking insiders, elected officials, physicists, intelligence officers, and military whistleblowers, The Program goes behind the scenes to leave even the staunchest skeptics astounded by the assertions from a growing chorus of insiders that we are not alone.
Narrated by Peter Coyote (A Walk to Remember), the film will include extensive interviews with insiders, experts and politicians including Christopher Mellon, the former deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence, as well as Stanford University’s Dr. Gary Nolan.
Filip Zieba connects the dots on the UFO phenomenon with regards to the recent UAP congressional hearing
From ancient cave carvings of UFOs, the skyrocketing of reports starting in the 1950s, cases like Varginha Brazil, whistleblowers like Bob Lazar, NASA insiders like Buzz Aldrin, July 2020 when the US government declassified footage and the Project Blue Beam Conspiracy, this video takes a broad scope on #thephenomenon
“And now this - confirmation of nonhuman biological beings with discussions of multidimensional nature - and yes this is in the official report. This whistleblower just admitted the government has aliens”

The 2023 Congressional hearings on UAP marked a historic turning point in governmental acknowledgment of the UFO phenomenon. A distinguished panel of witnesses, including former military officials, intelligence officers, and whistleblowers, provided testimony that challenged decades of official denial and opened up the topic to mainstream public discourse alas. Let me begin this section by introducing the key figures who transformed the UFO disclosure landscape through their Congressional testimony and public advocacy: Commander David Fravor, a decorated Navy fighter pilot, encountered the now-famous “Tic Tac” UFO in 2004 and brought unprecedented credibility to military UFO sightings through his testimony on 60 Minutes and before Congress. Christopher Mellon, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, helped legitimize the UFO discussion by facilitating the release of verified military UFO footage and advocating for greater transparency about government UFO programs. Luis Elizondo served as the director of the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), resigned in protest over excessive secrecy, and became a pivotal figure in pushing for government disclosure of UFO information. Ryan Graves, a former F-18 pilot, revealed that Navy pilots routinely encountered UFOs off the eastern seaboard, with some encounters occurring “every day for at least a couple years,” bringing attention to the frequency of military UFO encounters. Jeremy Corbell, an investigative filmmaker, helped bring critical UFO evidence to public attention by obtaining and releasing authenticated military UFO footage, including the famous “pyramid UFO” video. George Knapp, a veteran investigative journalist, has spent decades investigating UFO cases and helped break numerous significant stories, including Bob Lazar’s Area 51 claims and the Pentagon’s UFO program. David Grusch, a former intelligence official turned whistleblower, delivered perhaps the most explosive testimony, claiming under oath that the government has possession of “non-human” craft and biological specimens, representing a new level of disclosure about classified UFO programs.

The Tic Tac UFO Case AKA the David Fravor / USS Nimitz UFO off the coast of San Diego (2004)
The USS Nimitz ‘Tic Tac’ UFO, commonly referred to as the David Fravor case, ascertains that 4 Navy pilots visibly saw the UFO which was recorded by multiple sensors going from 70,000 feet to 50 feet in a single second – bouncing around “like a ping pong ball” with no visible means of propulsion. This is the most thoroughly documented and credible modern UFO encounter. When Fravor recounted this incident on “60 Minutes,” stating “I don’t think we developed it on this planet,” it carried special weight coming from a highly decorated Navy pilot. The incident’s multiple expert witnesses and various sensor data make it virtually impossible to dismiss through conventional explanations.

The Most Important UFO Event in history that Helped Bring UFOs into the mainstream
When UFOs Had Pilots: The Most Credible Cases of Alien Contact That Predicted Grusch’s Testimony
With these bombshell congressional revelations in mind, I wanted to mention some of the most compelling evidence of “encounters of the third kind” - cases involving direct contact with alleged non-human entities. While such claims of alien encounters were once dismissed as outlandish, David Grusch’s sworn Congressional testimony about recovered “non-human biologics” forces us to reevaluate these historical cases with fresh eyes.
The 1994 Ariel School UFO in Zimbabwe (2-5)
Among the most noteworthy encounters of the third kind is the 1994 Ariel School incident in Zimbabwe, where 62 school children reported seeing a craft land and encountering beings who communicated with them telepathically about environmental concerns. This case is best depicted in the fascinating documentary Ariel Phenomenon.
Documentary Trailer ‘Ariel Phenomenon’ (2-4)
Ariel Phenomenon explores a close encounter event, witnessed by over sixty schoolchildren in Zimbabwe. More than twenty-five years later, the incident is still fresh in students' memories. As a Harvard professor, a BBC war reporter, and past students investigate, they struggle to answer the question: "What happens when you experience something so extraordinary that nobody believes you?"
The 1996 Varginha incident (6-12)
The 1996 Varginha incident in Brazil involved multiple civilian and military witnesses who reported encounters with strange beings following a UFO crash, leading to what some consider Brazil’s “Roswell”. The documentary Moment of Contact is an exploration of this extraterrestrial encounter and series of events in 1996 when citizens of Varginha, Brazil, reported seeing one or more strange creatures and a UFO crash; a number of locals, including a group of three girls had a close encounter with a being described as about 4 feet tall, with brown oily skin, a large head and huge red eyes. Between prolonged hospital closures, a military officer’s death with unknown neurotoxins, a military blockade, an overwhelming smell described by dozens of witnesses, the admissions from credible people like the Mayor of Varginha, highly emotional testimonies and a UFO statue in the middle of the small city, James Fox builds an almost irrefutable argument that there was indeed a UFO crash landing in Varginha on January 20, 1996 with an actual alien involved.

Abduction case of Betty and Barney Hill (13-16)
Documentary ‘Alien Abduction: Betty and Barney Hill’ (15-16)
In 1961, Betty and Barney Hill encountered a UFO on a deserted New Hampshire highway. When the story leaked, they gained fame as the first widely reported alien abductees. Compelling new evidence may prove the Hills' terrifying close encounter was real.
The Betty and Barney Hill case from 1961 represents the first widely-documented alien abduction account in the United States, including details that would become recurring patterns in later cases. The Hills provided detailed descriptions of their experience under hypnosis, including medical examinations and interactions with beings whose appearances and behaviors would be echoed in subsequent abduction reports. What makes their case particularly compelling is that Betty Hill was able to draw a star map of what she claimed was shown to her by the beings - a map that appeared to match the Zeta Reticuli system, which wasn’t discovered until years after her experience.
Travis Walton incident (17-20)
The Travis Walton incident of 1975 stands out for its multiple witnesses - the entire logging crew who saw Walton taken - and for the fact that Walton passed multiple lie detector tests about his five-day disappearance. In what became one of the most thoroughly investigated abduction cases, all seven loggers witnessed a bright UFO hovering near their work site in the Sitgreaves National Forest, followed by Walton being struck by a blue-green beam of light. His fellow crew members fled in terror, and when Walton reappeared five days later, he had detailed memories of encounters with both human-like and non-human beings aboard a craft. The case is particularly compelling because every member of the logging crew passed polygraph examinations about what they witnessed, and Walton’s consistent account of his experience has remained unchanged for over four decades.
‘The True Story of Travis Walton’ Trailer (18-20)
Travis: The True Story of Travis Walton retells the world-famous 1975 UFO abduction of a 21-year-old logger from Snowflake, Arizona who disappeared after a blue beam from a craft overhead catapulted him 40 feet in the air. The crew left him for dead. The truth lies in this film; Walton came back to tell it.
These cases share certain commonalities: multiple credible witnesses, physical evidence or traces, consistent descriptions of beings and their behavior across unrelated incidents, and witnesses who maintained their stories despite intense scrutiny and skepticism, often at great personal cost. While I have amassed extensive research materials and written detailed analyses on each of these cases, the scope of this essay permits only an acknowledgment of their existence rather than a deep examination of their fascinating details. My purpose here is to establish awareness of these well-documented cases and their significance in the broader UFO phenomenon, particularly in light of recent government disclosures about “non-human biologics.” These encounters, which I’ve studied extensively through primary sources, witness interviews, and contemporary documentation, represent some of the most thoroughly investigated accounts of potential human-alien interaction. While their absolute verification remains elusive, they can no longer be dismissed without serious consideration, especially given the recent revelations from government officials under oath.
From Area 51 to Element 115: The Bob Lazar Story and the Free Energy Connection
Bob Lazar emerged in 1989 with an extraordinary claim: he had worked at a classified facility called S4 near Area 51, where he was tasked with reverse-engineering UFO propulsion systems that utilized an element not yet discovered - Element 115. Despite intense skepticism and attempts to discredit him, several aspects of Lazar’s story have been vindicated over time; he was proven to have worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory, despite initial denials from the facility. Most remarkably, Element 115 (Moscovium) was officially discovered in 2003, decades after Lazar described its crucial role in these anti-gravity propulsion systems. Lazar claimed the stable version of this element generated its own gravitational field and could bend space-time, allowing for advanced propulsion.
When Lazar first came forward in 1989, his claims about a highly compartmentalized reverse-engineering program at Area 51 seemed far-fetched. However, David Grusch’s 2023 Congressional testimony about “multi-decade UAP crash retrieval and reverse engineering programs” has transformed Lazar’s account from seemingly outlandish to eerily prescient. The extreme secrecy Lazar described - working in isolation, only consistently seeing one other person, being carefully restricted in his access to information - aligns perfectly with how such a classified program would need to operate. Most significantly, his claims about exotic propulsion systems point to something even more provocative than alien technology: the possibility that humans have been suppressing revolutionary energy technology that could transform civilization as we know it.
